An online platform established by Dr. Nehal Elkoshairy in 2017. We offer a variety of nutrition and training services, including private nutrition consultations, online group coaching, corporate wellness training, health coaching, online courses, video creation and retreats.

Meet Our Founder

Dr. Nehal is a Canadian Certified Nutritionist with a diploma in Applied Holistic Nutrition from Toronto, Canada (2017). She also holds a Master's Degree of Science from Ain Shams University (2012) and a Diploma in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) accredited by INLPTA, USA. She is also certified in Health Coaching and Behavior Change.

She has worked with hundreds of clients, offered group coaching, corporate wellness workshops, online courses, public talks, health and nutrition awareness video content and TV Features.
